Fortis Construct was tasked with completing the excavation of existing tarmac surfacing to facilitate the installation of new underground ducting at Peabody Estate. The works formed part of a broader infrastructure upgrade, requiring precise execution to maintain access and minimise disruption.

Once installation was complete, we reinstated the tarmac using high-quality materials, compacted and finished to match the existing surface levels and ensure a seamless, durable result.
